Vichy on Trial

Recent high profile trials of former senior French officials have re-focused attention on human rights issues arising from the Nazi occupation of France during the Second World War. Henry Rousso, one of France's foremost contemporary historians and Director of the Institut d'Histoire du Temps Présent in Paris, is a leading authority on the Vichy régime and its aftermath.
