Since its inception in 2002, FSU’s Winthrop-King Institute for Contemporary French and Francophone Studies has become a recognized leader in research and innovation, growing to become the premier center of its kind in the nation and beyond.
Our work is materialized in the dissertations, papers, and books published by our students, graduates, and affiliated faculty members. Our events have resulted in the publication of more than 40 Academic books and journal issues.
We provide support for faculty and students to present their work at national and international conferences. We also provide doctoral fellowships and undergraduate scholarships.
