About the Event

To honor the commencement of the HOMO SARGASSUM International Exhibition at FSU’s Museum of Fine Arts, and in collaboration with MoFA and the TOUT-MONDE Art FOUNDATION, this international symposium brings together artists, art professionals, scientists, and humanities scholars to explore the phenomenon of sargassum in the circum-Caribbean and the ways in which a broad range of artists have engaged with it in their work.
