Chantal Briet’s award-winning feature-length documentary shows how Ali’s General Store helps the inhabitants of a run-down multi-ethnic neighborhood on the edge of Paris surmount the problems in which the riots of 2005 had their roots. Briet will introduce the movie and answer questions from the audience.
